How it works

One phone. Tap to go live.

No setup, no schedule, no equipment. Open the app, tap Start Streaming, and you're live. Anyone at the event becomes a camera. Everyone else gets a link.

Step 1
Tap to go live

One phone. Nothing to set up. Open Switcher Now and tap "Start Streaming".

Step 2
Anyone becomes a camera

Scan a QR code and they're live too. No app, no account, no training needed.

Step 3
Share your private watch link

No app, no algorithm. Send it to anyone — they open it and they're watching.

Step 4
Viewers watch and choose their angle

Live or replay — they pick the camera they want. The recording is there when the event ends.

What makes Switcher Now different

Built for events, not studios.

Multiple cameras, zero setup

Anyone at your event scans a QR code and becomes a live camera. Put one at the start line, one at the finish, one in the crowd. No synchronization needed — each camera runs independently.

Your audience chooses their view

Viewers can switch between any active camera angle themselves — in real time. They're not watching whatever you're pointing at. They're experiencing the event on their own terms.

Private by default

Your stream goes to a direct link you control. No public feed, no algorithm, no chance of it going somewhere you didn't intend. Only the people you share the link with can watch.

A few things people ask

Do I need to set anything up before going live?

No. Open Switcher Now, tap Start Streaming, and you're live. You can create an event page and share a watch link ahead of time — but it's not required. One phone, one tap.

Do volunteers need to download an app to join as a camera?

No. Volunteers scan a QR code with their phone's camera — no download, no account required. They point their phone at the action and they're immediately a live camera feed.

What happens if a camera drops during the stream?

The stream keeps going from any other active cameras. Viewers automatically see another angle. The dropped camera reconnects by scanning the QR code again — it takes about ten seconds.

Can viewers watch the replay after the event ends?

Yes. Every camera angle is recorded automatically. The watch link stays active after the stream ends — anyone who missed it can watch the replay at the same link. See the full streaming guide →
