What counts as one event?

Your first event is completely free — no credit card required. After that, each Event Pass covers up to 3 hours of streaming for $19. If you stream regularly, the $49/month plan gives you 40 hours per month and is better value when you stream three or more times.

What happens when my free first event is used?

Your account stays open. Nothing charges automatically. When you're ready to stream again, you choose how you want to pay — $19 for your next event, or $49/month if you stream regularly.

Is the $49/month worth it over $19/event?

If you stream three or more events per month, the monthly plan saves you money. If you stream occasionally — a few times a season — $19 per event is the better fit. Both plans include the same features.

Do my viewers need to pay or create an account?

No. Viewers open a private direct link on any phone or computer — no app, no account, no cost. The link only works for the people you send it to. Only the person running the stream needs a Switcher Now account.

What equipment do I need?

Any smartphone made in the last five years works. The phones already at your event are your cameras — no dedicated cameras, no production equipment, no technical experience required. See the Quick Setup guides →

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
