What counts as one event?

Your first event is free, and we want to make sure you have a great first streaming experience.
We'll help you get up and running for your event, whatever that looks like for your organization.
Once you're ready to keep streaming, Event Passes are $19 for 3 hours of streaming time, or you can upgrade to a Monthly plan with up to 40 hours of streaming each month.

What happens when my free first event is used?

Your account stays open. When you're ready to stream again, you choose how you want to pay — $19 for your next event, or $49/month if you stream regularly. Nothing charges automatically.

Is the $49/month worth it over $19/event?

If you stream three or more events per month, the monthly plan saves you money. If you stream occasionally — a few times a season — $19 per event is the better fit. Both plans include the same features.

Do my viewers need to pay or create an account?

No. Viewers open a direct link on any phone or computer — no app, no account, no cost. Only the person running the stream needs a Switcher Now account.

What equipment do I need?

Any smartphone made in the last five years works. Your volunteers' phones are your cameras. No dedicated cameras, no production equipment, and no technical experience required. See the full setup guide →

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
